Shipping method and carriers

We ship by air parcel delivery. Depending on the destination and route, shipments may be handled by YunExpress, YANWEN, China Post, USPS, DHL, or UniUni.

Order processing and dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of being placed. Custom-made items are excluded from this dispatch timeframe; please contact us about the processing time for a custom item before ordering.

Estimated transit time

Estimated shipping time is 5–15 days after dispatch. Order processing time is separate from transit time.

Delivery estimates can vary because of customs processing, carrier operations, and local delivery conditions.
