CUEMEE CUSTOMER CARE

Your first-wig guide

A good place to start: the style you like, the fit you need, and the care you’re comfortable with.

Start with the look. Check the details.

Pick a length and texture, then check the material, cap construction, attachment method, and what’s included. Different wigs can need different preparation.

  • Material: follow the product’s description, not assumptions based on the photo.
  • Length: curly hair can look shorter than the same stated length of straight hair. Check the product’s measurement method.
  • Attachment: check for clips, combs, adjustable straps, lace, or adhesive requirements.

Measure first. Compare before you buy.

Head circumference: measure around the hairline, just above the ears, and around the nape.
  1. Arrange your hair as you plan to wear it under the wig.
  2. Wrap a soft measuring tape around your hairline, above your ears, and around the nape.
  3. Keep it snug, not tight. Compare the result with the individual product’s size guide.

Cap fit varies. Do not assume one size fits everyone.

Convert your measurement

This converts units, not your cap size. Use the product’s size chart for fit.

Make care part of the routine.

Before the first wear

Read the product instructions and check the fit before cutting lace, applying adhesive, washing, or altering the wig. Review the return policy before making changes.

Washing and detangling

Use products and techniques suitable for the stated fiber. Detangle gently, support the base, and follow the product-specific washing and drying instructions.

Heat tools and coloring

Only use heat or color when the product instructions explicitly allow it. Do not assume human-hair, heat-resistant, or color-safe properties from appearance.

Between wears

Store according to the product instructions, away from direct heat. Avoid compressing or tangling the hair.
