- Contact CUEMEE. Include your order number, the item, and the reason for your request.
- Wait for instructions. Do not send a parcel to an address on the original shipping label without confirmation.
- Keep your records. Retain any return authorization, carrier receipt, and tracking details.
Cutting lace, washing, wearing, coloring, or altering an item may affect eligibility under the applicable policy. Check before making changes.
